Good question! There are a couple of reasons for this.

•Depending on the day, we usually have different vendors working all the time, who are often busy creating their goods when they are not helping clients. We are more likely and able to respond to you in a timely manner if you reach out via one of the options listed above!

•In order to serve you better, we prefer to have a record of any requests or inquiries so that we can always refer back to details of the conversation and make sure we haven’t missed anything!

While we LOVE seeing your little ones, we ask that you park your strollers outside and either bring them in using a carrier, or have them walk. Our shop is full of so many handcrafted and breakable goodies, it Is difficult to maneuver a stroller around the displays without the risk of running into things.

We sure are! Kids are welcome in the shop, and we even carry some locally made toys and baby items! We do ask that you ensure your little ones are respectful and be mindful of their surroundings in the shop.
We respectfully as that customers pay for items that they or their children have damaged due to carelessness.

Yes we are!

Our displays and layout are constantly changing, so if you have a mobility aid that requires a bit more space please just let us know and we can ensure you have a clear path through the shop when you enter.

While our main focus is on handcrafted, Canadian made items, not everything in the shop is Canadian made. We do have a selection of wholesale suppliers that we order some decor items from that we haven’t been able to source locally.

All of our vendor created items are clearly labelled in store and they have their own categories in our online shop!

Returns

Due to the fact that many of our products are up-cycled, re-purposed or handmade, we do not offer returns. If an item is clearly defective or damaged then we will offer exchanges only.
